Homestead Entry No, 6102 made by E. Steyens Oct. 12, 1892, covering the 8. E 1-4 of Sec.
30, Tp. 17, N., R. 10 E., alleging that the said E.
B. Stevens had totally abandoned said land. as
@ place of residence for more than six months
prior to said 29th day of June, 1895, and asked
that a hearing be ha i to determine the facts.
And whereas this office did on the 13th day
of July, 1895, issue & citation commanding the
said Sievens t? appear and show cause why

And whereas it appearing by the return made
