is3 GOLD COUNTRY LIONS CLUB.

(a) Zane specific and primary purpose for which
this club is organized is: to undertake and sponsor community
projects; such as, eye cave for the handicapped and disadvantaged and other related projects.
(>) ‘She general purposes for which this corpore
ation is formed are: to wmdertake and sponsor comumity
projects to make the community a better place in which
to live.
(c) his corporation shall have and exercise all
rights and powers conferred on corporations under the laws
of the State of California, provided, however, that this
coxporation is not empowered to engage in any activity that
in itsel£ ic not a furtherance of its purposes as set forth
in subparagraphs (a) and (b) of this article.
(d) This corporation is organized and operated
exclusively for community sexvices, and other nonprofit
purposes, and mo part of any net earnings shall inure to the
benefit of any private member or shareholder.
