An ordinance to provide Revenue—To Levy a
1894 and 1895,
HE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF. THE. CITY
of Nevada do ordain as follows:
Section.1, Thata City Road and Street Poll
Tax of Three Dollars is nereby levied, for the
fiseal year 1824-1895, upon each male inhabitant
of tte City of Nevada, over the age of 21 years
and under 50 years, for City Road and Street
purposes, which said Pol Tax shall become
due end become collectable on and after the
firs! day of July, 18M, in the manner provided
by law for the collection of School Poll Taxes.
Section 2. The City “Marshal of sald City of
Nevada is herehy{made collector of said tax, and
shall ce llect the same in the manner provided
by law, and upon the neglect or refusal of any
person liable therefor to pay said tax, after demand, said Marshal must Collect the same by
seizure and sale of any persoval property owned
by such-person.
