Walter A. Carlson, county superintendent of schools, spoke on emergency credentials. He stated emergency credentials this year will become more difficult to obtain and to renew. They will be granted only when every effort has been made to first obtain available state certified teachers and all emergency teachers must be finger-printed, loyalty checked and submit an oath of loyalty and allegiance to the United States.
