Friday by Nevada County Su-. ‘perior Court Judge James Snell in the first action of settlement of the mining man’s estate pro‘bated at $1,500,000. Judge Snell named Mrs. MacBoyle executrix following a three hour protest by Attorney Jerome Sapiro, of Oakland, representing three cousins of the deceased. In admitting th wiil to probate: Judge Sneil allowed the widow $4,000 per month for family maintenance. The cousins, Alan MacBoyle of Los Angeles, Dorothy MacBoyle Wolflin of El Monte, and Mildred Snook Grimes of San Francisco, “;sought to obstruct settlement of the will and contended the widow had improperly disposed of $16,090 worth, of Oakland properties which Had been willed. to . fee the tric.
