_ ~ _ sof “LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE WHERBAS, default has been made in the payment of the indness secured by, and in the performance of the . covenants sontedned in, that certain Deed of Trust dated December 16, 1941, made, executed and delivered by HOGE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, GREAT NORTHERN GOLD MINES, INC., a Delaware corpo,ration, ARTHUR W. HOGE and LIZZIE M. HOGE, his wife, as Trustor, to FRANK G.
