STAR MINES CMPANY, LIMITED, a Delaware corporation,
Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust

WHEREAS, the lawful owner
and holder of said Deed of Trust
and the debt thereby secured has
applied to and directed the Trustee under said Deed of Trust in
writing to execute the trust by
