Nevada County Long Ago Floy-Margaret Reynolds 20 Years Ago Ralph Penrose of North Bloomfield and Miss Victoria Barden of Sacramento were married at the Methodist parsonage in Nevada City by the Rev. H. H. . Buckner. The young couple has planned to make their home. in Nevada City. Miss Josephine Genasci was tendered} a surprise party at her Willow Valley home by courthouse friends. Tamblyn were in 2 race for top notch honors in the bridge tourney sponsored by the Nevada City Elks. Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Kjorlie of the Nevada City high school were hosts at their Piety hill home at a dinner’ extended to the faculty and Walter A. Carlson and Miss Janes of the Washington grammar school. I. J. Rolfe ‘of Nevada City received a letter stating that his Pioneer friend, Albert Burrington, was ill in Sacramento.
