This announcement was made today by Supervisor Arthur M. Brown Jr., general chairman of the fiesta’s citizens’ committee in appointing William H. Mouithrop as para ade director. At the parade directors command will be splendid resources of pazeantry contributed by Canada, British Columb, Me‘fico, eleven western States and every nook and corner California. Floats of rich and novel design will lend color to the spectacle, There will be more than a hundred bands participating.
