NOLrICE OF TRUSTEES’ SALE
UNDER DEED OF TRUST
WHEREAS, Amanda J. Rapp, on
August 21, 1915, executed and dejivyeredher certain.Deed of -Trust—to. out the State of California on TuesF. D. Philips and George K. Rogers,
as trustees, for the benefit and security of the California Prudential Society, a corporation, to secure the
payment of a promissory note in the
sum of $800.00, With interest thereon, which said Deed of Trust was recorded, in the office of the county
recorder of the County of Nevada,
State of California, Volume 1 of
Trust Deeds, at page 449, et seq.
Nevada County Reeords; and,
WHEREAS, the. said promissory
note, together with interest thereon,
for value receiveac, thereafter and
before due, to wit, December list,
1915, was duly assigned by said
beneficiary thereof to the Union
Home Builders, a Trust Estate, tointerest in and to the said Deed of
Trust, securing said promissory
note; and,
WHEREAS, the said
note, together with interest thereon,
for value received, thereafter and beforé due, was duly assigned “by said
Union Home Builders, a Trust Estate, to the Merger Securities, Inc., a
Delaware Corporation, together with
all its rights, title. and interest in
and to the said. Deed of Trust, securing said promissory note; and,
WHEREAS, the~said—Merger—Seeurities, Inc., as assignee beneficiary
under said Deed of Trust, on October
5, 1931, recorded a Notice of Default
and Breach and Election to Sell, under said Deed of Trust,:in Book 12
of Official Records, page 93 et seq.,
thereof, of Records of Nevada County, State of California; and,
WHEREAS, the said Merger Securities, Inc., pursuant to said Notice_of. Default and Breach of Election to Sell, under said Deed of Trust,
as the owner and holder of said
promissory note, secured by said
Deed of Trust, after repeated demands for payment of said note and
interest thereon, has elected to sell
the real estate in said Deed of Trust
