Rapp, on August 21, 1915, executed and dejivyeredher certain.Deed of -Trust—to. out the State of California on TuesF. D. Philips and George K. Rogers, as trustees, for the benefit and security of the California Prudential Society, a corporation, to secure the payment of a promissory note in the sum of $800.00, With interest thereon, which said Deed of Trust was recorded, in the office of the county recorder of the County of Nevada, State of California, Volume 1 of Trust Deeds, at page 449, et seq.
