Miss Dearstine Daniels
And John Bray Wedded
John Bray were married 12 o’clock
Saturday at a most attractive wed‘ding’ at the Episcopal church. The
bride, beautiful, in a lovely dress of
white musline de soir an@ carrying
a bouquet of yellow roses and sweet
Peas, was given away by her father,
Mr. David A. Daniels of Nevada City.
As she came down the aisle, the
bride greeted the crowded pews witn
a radiant smile. The bridesmaid, Miss
Irma McCormack, was charming ‘in
blue muslin de soir and carried an
old fashioned bouquet. She preceeded
the bride on the arm of her father,
Mr. Noble McCormack. Mr. Robert
Steger Jr., was the best: man. The
ushers were Albert Polglase of Nevada City and Clarence Collins of
Grass ‘Valley:
“The decoration of the church by
Miss Louise Martin was unusually
attractive with pink gladiolus and
golden-glow. Three lovely arches
through which the bride walked were
made by Mr. Daniels.
The two wedding marches, Lohengrin and Mendlessohn were played by
Mrs. Oakley Johns. As the party were
filing out of the church, Mrs. Talbot. sang, “I Love You Truly.” The
rev. Charles Washburn read the
beautiful Episcopal marriage ritual.
The wedding was followed by a
delightful reception at the bride’s
home on Pine street. After their
honeymoon in the bay section. Mr.
and Mrs. Bray will reside in a beauiiful home in Grass Valley.
Mrs. Bray is a very well. known
and popular girl of Nevada City, the
only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David
Daniels. After graduating from the
