INJUNCTION IS LIFTED
AT SEVEN ACES MINE
J. Hampton Larhbaiah, operator
of the Seven Aces ‘Mine near Alleghany, said here this week an injunction preventing him from operating
the mine pending a settlement of a
dispute with his wife, has been lifted
by a San Francisco superior court
judge.
Lashbaugh said it was probable he
will resume work at the mine in the
near future. Just prior to its shutdown more than a year ago because
of the injunction a rich strike was
reported at the mine.

J. M. Hoff, who conducted mining
' operations in the Nevada City area
during a period of aboyt 15 years,

The mine is said to be an extension of the Brush Creek. Considerable development work is reported
to have been done at the Kate Hardy.

The men were arraigned before
Justice of the Peace George Gilderseeve but, no date was set for their
preliminary hearing.
