reconditioning the existing tunnel
having its adit near the plant and
extending some 3000 feet due north,
This tunnel is now to be extended to
a connection with the Banner mine,
under the same control, ore from
which is now being trucked to the
Central plant. The tunnel will connect with the Banner at the 600
level, where an underground hoist
will be installed. With a total length
of 7500 feet, the project forms a
two year project and a large capital
investment. Progress will be at the
rate of about ten feet per day. ;

few days was the purchase by the
company of the 227 acre McDonald
ranch, adjoining the original holaings on the west. This will increase
the land pores to over 13890
