IN'NEVADA CITY
Frank Leong, owner of the modern drive-in market, is a
cousin and successor to Eddie Leong, who left Nevada City
several years ago bearing with him the reputation of being one
of the community’s most substantial and highly respected
citizens. Eddie Leong particularly endeared himself to the citizens of Nevada City by his wholehearted co-operafion in all
civic-betterment campaigns.
Eddie was the third generation to perpetuate the name
of Leong in the grocery and vegetable business in this city.

business and eventually Eddie, himself, became the proprietor
of the market bearing his name.
