ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF A 4 GOLD MINER'S CHAPTER NO. 102 By joy J Wise 7s leh : CALIFORNIA STATE EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION © Mae OF Sapa: De w Spyiy We, the undersigned, all of whom are residents of the State of California, have this day voluntarily associated ourselves together for the purpose of forming a non-profit corporation under the provisions of the General Non-profit Corporation Law of the State of California, and do hereby certify: I That the name of the corporation is Gold Miner's Chapter 102, CALIFORNIA STATE EMPLOYEES! ASSOCIATION; ED: That the corporation is organized pursuant to the General Non-profit Corporation Law of the State of California; EEL That it is a corporation which has no authority to issue shares of stock, and does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit to the members thereof; IV That the specific and primary purpose for which the corporation is formed are to foster acquaintanceship, cooperation, efficiency and harmony among State employees and to develop a fuller knowledge among them of the State's organization, functions and activities; to encourage and preserve a true merit system in State government; to promote the welfare of State employees in all ways compatible with the public interest, including the support of legislation deemed beneficial and resistance to legislation deemed detrimental to their interests;.
