‘set in monument of stone, and marked ‘‘C.
! M.;” thence 1500 feet south on a line parallel with lode to similar post, marked “C.
M.;” thence 600 feet west to similar post
marked “‘C, M.:” thence north 1500 feet, on
a line parallel with first line, toa similar
to place of beginning, comprising in all
1500 feet in length along said vein or lode,
and 600 feetin width; that certain mining claim known as “‘Free Trade Mine,” and
described as joining said “Celia Mine” on
the north, and bounded by the ‘‘Cora Maud”

ditch and water rignt to the waters in Mis—
souri Canyon, its affluents and taibutaries,
up to the Omega Company’s ditch, known
as the Missouri Canyon ditch, and consist—
ing of 1,000 inches of water; said water

a notice ona cedar tree in said canyon,
and diverted the water into a ditch; also
all mills, sluices, boxes, flumes, hose, pipes,
railway tracks, cars, blacksmith shop, and
all other machinery used in working. or developing the said mines, or any of them;
also that certain mil] site known as the Celia Quartz Mill site and described as commencing at a. post on easterly side of Celia
Quartz Mine marked ““C. M.S. No. 1,” from
which a cedar tree 24 inches diameter bears
8S 71 degrees W. 18 links distant, and post
No 8 of Celia Quartz Mine, being 8. E. corner Of said mine bears 8. 18 degrees W. 4.73
chains distant; thence with magnetic variation 17 degrees E., N. 88 1-2 degrees E. 6.10
chains to t marked “C.M.8.” No. 2,
from which a spruce tree 36 inches dia,
bears 8. 48 degrees E. 20 links distant;
thence N. 0 degrees 18’ E. 8.20 chains, to
post marked “C M 8S” No. 8, from which
a fir tree 24 in. dia, bears N. 87 3-4 degrees
E. 11 links; thence 8, 88 1-2 degrees W. 6.10
chains to post marked :“‘0, M. 8.” No. 4, on
easterly boundary of Celia’ Quartz Mine,
from which a sugar pine tree 18 inches dia.
