The regular December meeting
of the Board convened at 10 o’clock A. M. with Chairman Henry
G. Loehr presiding. On roll call
all the members of the Board
of the meeting of November 25th,
1950, were read, and no errors or
omissions being noted, were, upon motion, duly seconded and
carried, ordered adopted as read
by the. Clerk.
State Game Warden, John
Wentzel, was, given“permission to
use the radio equipment owned
by the, County of Nevada which
was formerly used by Warden
Earl Hiscox.
C. €. Loney appeared before
the Board to register his oral objections to the-Board making any
appropriation for the purpose of
influencing the U.-S. Government
to.establish an air school at Camp
Beale.
Ordered the transfer of the last
State. apportionment of the ‘In’
Lieu” Tax of $46,903.49 from the
General fund to the special road
improvement fund. 7
Ordered the transfer of the sum
of $221.04 from the General Fund
Fund.
Ordered the transfer of the sum
of $12.00 from the general fund to
the special road’ improvement
fund.
Ordered the transfer of the sum
of $6500.00 from the Special Road
Improvement fund to the General fund for the repayment of
a loan made on November . }, 1950.
Ordered the sum of $14,809.06
be added to the budget under
