SECTION IV Any person who shall establish, conduct, manage, carry on, or ingage in any business, trade, or calling mentioned in Section III hereof within the corporate limits of the City of Nevada outside of the confines of the business zone as set forth in Section I hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 and lot tess than $20,00 or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a term of not more than six months, or by both, such fine and imprisonment. SECTION V Should any section or. portion of any section of this Ordinance be found unconstitutional or for any reason invalid, the remainder shall remain in force and effect. SECTION VI All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION VII This ordinance shall be, before going into effect, published in the Nevada City Nugget, with the Ayes and Noes three times, and shall go into effect on the Ist day of January, 1939. December 17, LONG FAMILY REUNION Mr. and Mrs, Irving Long returned Monday from Modesto where they were joined by their daughter, Miss Margaret Long, University of California student, and all enjoyed celebrating the fiftieth wedding anniversary of Mr. Long’s parents on Sunday.
