New Group of Army
Training Selectees
Announced By Board
LINCOLN PROGRAMS PRESENTED
Lincoln’s Birthday was appropriately observed yesteerday at both the
high and elementary schools. Programs honoring one of the nation's
foremost former presidents were
presented at both schools.
The group of military training
selectees who will leave February
26th for a year’s service. in the United States Army have been inducted,
according to Merle Morrison. clerk
of the Nevada County Selective Service Board.

Cook, both volunteers, will be in
