Programs honoring one of the nation's foremost former presidents were presented at both schools. The group of military training selectees who will leave February 26th for a year’s service. in the United States Army have been inducted, according to Merle Morrison. clerk of the Nevada County Selective Service Board. Richard Steele. son of County Treasurer Frank Steele and Leslie Cook, both volunteers, will be in oharge of the contingent.
