The San Juan Times of yesterday says: ‘‘We intend to bring actions against every member of the Board ot Supervisors who has been derelict in the discharge of his duties, and who has mismanaged the affairs of the county. Our charges will embrace a variety of acts of omission and com mission of the Board, and also fraud upon the treasury. Our business at the county seat last week was, in part, to secure counsel in the actions. The inquiry which will be instituted may also involve other county officers.
