NEVADA CITY NUGGET PAGE } FIVE FISHERMEN FIND FLIES BEST LURE The popularity of Nevada and Sierra County fishing streams and lakes is shOwn by the number of cars passing through here loaded with camping and fishing equipment. The fishing is now the best of the season. Game Warden R. E. Tutt at Downieville reports the fishing excellent in. that viecinity-with-—fliesas the best lure in both lakes and the streams. E. M. Stone of the Tahoe National Forest Service said fishing is apparently good in Donner Lake, judging from the number of anglers on the lake with boats. MINER BORNE TO REST IN BLOOMFIELD Graveside services were held at the North Bloomfield cemetery Saturday afternoon for Lewis Hamilton Watson, 70, well known upper _Nevada County mining ‘figure who died on Thursday.
