FISHERMEN FIND
FLIES BEST LURE
The popularity of Nevada and Sierra County fishing streams and lakes is shOwn by the number of cars
passing through here loaded with
camping and fishing equipment.
The fishing is now the best of the
season. Game Warden R. E. Tutt at
Downieville reports the fishing excellent in. that viecinity-with-—fliesas
the best lure in both lakes and the
streams.
E. M. Stone of the Tahoe National Forest Service said fishing is apparently good in Donner Lake, judging from the number of anglers on
the lake with boats. He said large
fish are being caught in Lake Tahoe.
