GRASS VALLEY WOMAN FOUND GUILTY SELLING Mrs. Bona Basetnentl. who ecarried the charges against her to selling of intoxicating liquor and of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, to superior court, instead of taking her midicine. at the outeet finds herself ordered to pay a fine of $1000 and to ' remove herself from the county within thirty days as the result of a jury trial in superior court the past week. After the jury had brought in a verdict of guilty on both counts in a short time, the defendant still swore she had not sold the stuff. She recently paid a_ fine of $250) and her husband one of $500 on liquor charges in justice court. She raised$988 with a credit of two ‘days in the bastile. The prosecution was handled in a masterly manner’ by District Attorney W. E. Wright.
