The limit is two bucks per hunter, in all districts except the Modoc area, where the mule tail deer is
protected by a one buck limit.
Spotlight hunting is illegal, and
wardens will. be watching very
closely for this kind of offender, as
the last legislature put some teeti:
in the spotlight law. Shooting from
automobiles is also unlawful. Deer
may not be taken into a closed districp until the tag is .properly countérsigned. ;
On August 16° the deer
opens in districts 2%, 4 and 4%.
