Sulivan) French Corral, June 26—Well this French Corral correspondent seems to take a vacation rather often, and what are we going to do about it? Just make the best of it, perhaps, the aged have ‘to be humored so v much anyway. Since our-last writing we enjoyed a yisit from Mr. and Mrs. Fred Conner and Mrs. Radclifff of Nevada City, Mrs. C.H. Jones and Mrs. William Burnett of Sweetland, Mr. and Mrs. Conner ‘still retain their summer home in Sweetland in which town Mrs. Conner’s childhood ana young girlhood years were spent. Dlives, who fs taking treatment there. We are happy to say she is very much improved in health. Lloyd Haslett returned to his Hone in French Corral last week. He has been working near Clarksburg since last September and is home for a vacation. . A. T. O'Conner and his sister, Miss Catherine O’Conner left last Wednesday for a visit with relatives in eastern cities and will also‘ attend the Chicago World. Fair. Harry Browning returned from Browns Valley last week and is at presen! visiting relatatives in Nevada City.
