Mikel Solari, cross complainants,on the 2th
day of November, A. D. 1887, recovered
judgments against John Blasauf for the following sums to wit: To John Peard the sum
of $3,402, together with costs of suit taxed at
$27 15, and counsel fees allowed herein,
amounting to the sum of $200. To Edwin
palley and P, F. Simonds the sum of $1,181
together with costsof suit taxed at $14.55.
To Mikel Solari the sum of One Hundred
and Forty Two 93-100 Dollars, ($142.93), together with costs of suit taxed at $5.25, and counsel fees allowed herein amounting tothe sum
of $40, with interest thereon from the date
of said judgments, at the rate of 7 per cent
perannoum till paid, which said judgment
is recorded in the Judgment Book 2 of the
said Superior Court, on pages 108 et seq.,and
whereas it is ordered that the mortgages set
forth in plaintiffs complaint and cross goniplainants’ complaint be foreclosed ‘and
