W. Penrose fence; thence South 19° 38’ West 102.23 feet;; then'ce South 81° 11’ East 166.05 feet; thence North 40° 03’ East 179.91 feet to Penrose Northeast corner; thence South 54° 57’ Bast 189.58 feet to the townsite line; thence South 1° 04° East 517.15 feet along the Townsite line to -the place of beginning, and containing 3.80 acres, more or less.
