Wiring, building and installing 10 plain, 30-watt light fixtures, each with 12 inch white porcelain enameled reflector. Item 5. Furnishing 100 two compartmient steel lockers 12 by 36 six square feet of No. 26 gauge, gal-? inches with locks and keys. The foregoing quantities proximate only, being given as a basis for comparison of bids, and the Board of City Trustees and City Engineer do not, expressly or by implication, agree that the actual amount of work will correspond therewith, but reserve the right to increase or decrease the amount of any class or portion of the work as may be deemed necessary or expedient. All bids are to“be compared on the basis of the City Engineer’s estimate of the quantity of work to be done. Plans may be seen as well as specifications at the City Hall.
