Health Officer to enforce the projvisions of this ordinance and to establish a County Milk Inspection
Service therefor, fixing permit and
inspection fees, and providing for a

ordinance.
The Board of Supervisors of the
County of Nevada, State of Califor,
nia, do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful
for any person, firm, corporation. or
association within the limits of the
County of Nevada to produce, handle,
process, distribute, sell, of for
sale or exchange, deliver or have in
his or its possession with intent to
sell, offer for sale or exchange any
impure, adulterated, unhealthy or
unwholesome market milk or market
cream, or any market milk or market cream produced on any insani-tary dairy as said terms are defined
in the General Dairy and Pure Milk
Laws of the State of California, or
market milk or market cream
which is not produced, handled, processed, bottled and labeled in accordance with the provisions of said
