PAGE SIX FRIDAY. MAY 5. 1936. FINGERLING FISH ARE PLANTED IN . COUNTY STREAMS AS it. Willard, captain of Fish aa nome Commission, who resides in Nevada City, is supervising planting fingerling trout in the loca? streams. Last Wednesday he was in charge of planting 15,000 in Deer Creek and 10,000 in the North Fork of Deer Creek. These tiny;fish are from the Yuba hatchery near Camptonville. Some trout”°have been planted on the South Fork of the Yuba! river above Washington and another lot on the same river near Cisco. They were shipped from the Shasta hatchery.
