The trial of the suit brought by
Paul Ferguson against Earl Covey in
which the plaintiff asks dameages of
$50,000 for alleged slander, opened
before Judze Raglan Tuttle in the
Superior Court yesterday. Ferguson
was represented by Attorney Vernon
Stoll, and Covey by Attorneys Lynn
Kelly, George Jones and Francis Finnezsan. The trial will be -continued
