The notable feature of the event
was the fact, that this is the first
time that the two great organizations of Nevada county, and composed entirely of ex-service men, one
of World War Veterans only and the
other of Foreign War Veterans, and
their respective auxiliaries, have
ever joined in an event of this kind.
Dancing started promptly at 9
o'clock, with music furnished hy the
Cortiselli Trio. Old time dances as
well as the later dances were indulgin, With Mr. Wilcox of the American Legion, acting very crediably

. . Campaign begins today March 20, and closes Friday, March 31
at 12 o'clock noon. To be counted, all subscriptions must be in the office of the Nugget by 12 o'clock on March 31.
