CHRISTIAN ANDERSEN . . & I have been inviting ideas to come to the surface for the last hour and the most rational ones even seem to elude capture. Perhaps one or two will light pretty soon and if so I will set them down au naturel. There are many ways to cook eggs yes many, Many, and where the family consists of, say three adults and perhaps two or three children, eat them, there is sure to be quest for at least three cooked style’ of egg ar eggs as the case might be. American business men to believe in his sincérety when they read his message, is beyond me. If when the votes.are counted this evening it is again found that the voters want that swimming poo! built “now.’’ I am of the opinion that the ground breaking exercises, will be the next program to be brought up for consideration. I overheard a conversation one day last week and one remark which lodged in my tympanum was: “Well, I feel this way about it; that if the people again say build that swimming pool and it is not immediately done, I will be mighty glad to circulate for signatures a petition demanding action at once!’’ Maybe more people feel the same way. And now with the permission of the N. S. G. W. I drink a 3.2 toast to their organization, may it long and prosper. live _ Ce} WHY NOT SUBSUORIBE FOR AE NEVADA CITY NUGGET NOW! who . Since May Ist, other taxes have been paid and more are expected to further reduce the delinquency list. Credit for the Nevada county record goes to the large operating mines of the county.
