Simonds and Mikel Solari, cross complainants,on the 2sth tay of November, A, D. 1887, recovered judgments against John Blasauf’ for the following sums to wit: To John Peard the sum of $3,402, together with costs of suit taxed at #7 15, and counsel fees allowed herein, amounting to the sum of $200. To Edwin Tilley and P. F, Simonds the sum of $1,181.25 together with costsof suit taxed at $14.55, To Mikel Solari the sum of One Hundred and horty Two $3-100 Dollars, ($142.¢3), together with Costs Of suit taxed at 95.25, and counsel fees allowed herein ameunting tothe sum of $40, with interest thereon m the date of suid judgments, at the rate o per cent per annum tilkpaid, which gaid judgment is recorded in the Judgment Book 2 of the suid Superior Court, on pages 108 et 8eq.,and whereas it is ordered that the mortgages set forth in plaintiff's complaint and cross complainants’ complaint be foreclosed and property therein described, to-wit: Situate lying und bei: g in-the County of Nevada, State of California, and bounded and particuiarly described as follows,to-wit: First Parcel.
