schedule and inventory in insolvency,
from which it appears that he is ab insolvent debtor, the said Ivory L. Bowman is
hereby declared to be insolvent. ,

L. Bowman, debtor,’ except such as may
be by law exempt from execution, and
of all his deeds, vouchers, books of account

from P. Purdon’s toll bridge, and onthe
north bank of the South Yuba river. Said
land being bounded on the north by P. Purdon’s toll bridge, east by land of P. Purdon,
south by'the South Yuba river, and west by
vacant fand with all improvements thereon,
consisting of a boarding house with barn and
shed and all other improvements thereon.
