labor and the hauling of some rock
and gravel.
The successful completion of these!
last two projects depend upon the
relief roll in this vicinity during the
next two months. If industry starts
up and men now working onrelief
are able to gain other employment,
the relief crew will be cut down, and
may even subside before the work is
completed.
The relief work on this section has
been very helpful during the past
few months, the men on the roll,
having employment, being able to
take care of their families without
want or suffering, and at the same
time, improvements being accomplised of a lasting nature that could
not have otherwise-been afforded:
The school projects were sponsored by. the local board of trustees and
the other projects by Supervisor W.
