The young couple were presented with a bautiful silver piece and on the departure of the guests they were wished many happy years of married life MAY POLE DANCE WAS POPULAR EVENT The May pole dance and party that was held Monday evening drew a large crowd, although there was a heavy downpour of rain. Little Ann Foley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. V V Foley was the big hit of the evening, as she went through a dance perfectly and received -tumultous applause. Dancing was enjoyed for several hours after the entertainment. The affair was given as a benefit for the Red Men’s hall mortgage redemption fund and a goodly sum was realized. 0). MRS WILLIAM FOUYER ENTERTAINS AT CARDS The beautiful home of Mrs. William Fouyer on lower’ Boulder street was the scene of a happy gathering Tuesday afternoon, when several guests were bidden to enjoy the afternoon at playing bridge. Mrs. Ray Davis won highest score while Mrs. Lou Elkus was low. The attractive rooms were decorated in lovely spring flowers. Delicious home made candy and dainty refreshments were enjoyed.
