The Union says: The town site of Chicago Park consisting of 100 acres has been mostly cleared of trees and undergrowth, only desirable shade trees being left standing. of the town site has been completed, and Mr. Hartwell is now surveying the other lands into subdivisions of five, ten and twenty. acres. Mr. Stafford, of Chicago, has commenced improving his forty acre tract, which ig situated on the upper road leading across Bear river. He has an excelhouse, arrived .
