TELEPHONE 273 VAUDEVILLE SKITS AT HIGH SCHOOL ASSEMBLY The high school assembly hall was again the scene of activity last Friday in activity period. There were two chorus numbers, three mouth organ pieces, and two solos, not to mention a very ‘funny one-act play by Clem Organs. thor, stage director, property producer, and hero of the play. The opening number was by the chorus, trained by Miss Olive Kreutz. The ¢horus consisted of Madge Pianettzi, Ferne Rockefeller, Dean, Margaret Stevens, Margery Williams, Maurene Perry, Adele jCunningham, Enid Pemberthy, Zelva Hansen, Silvia Moody, Desiree Lucas, Albert Pratti, Fred Browning, Curtis Clark, Cecil Schiffner, and Wayne Russell. The second number was a_harmonica selection by Kenneth Younkin, whose expert playing brought great applause for an encore. Cecil Schiffner sang two pieces, “Rolling Home,” and as an encore, Kipling’s famous, “Qn the Road to Mandalay.” Marshall Geiselman played the piano accompaniment. The finale of this excellent program was an uproarious skit featuring Clem Organ, Philip Joyal, and Tom Rickard.
