Thousands of (Californians this week received sheets of homelass fbabies stamps which they are asked to purchase as a contrbiution to the worthwhile cause. The stamps, used on outgoing correspondence, als. help focus public attention upon the need for finding suitable homes with foster parents for the scores of orPhans, halp orphans and children from broken homes with the general committee is called upon to help.
