In point of architectural beauty, substantial construction and fpractical exterior and interior arrangement, this thoroghly modern building reflects well on the prosperous twin cities and other communities of Nevada County, and will long stand as an enduring monument to the credit of the nationally reputaable contracting firm, of Lindgren and Swinerton Incorporated, whose fine handiwork here, as elsewhere, is not ‘infrequently a topic of animated conversation. Building contrats of various kind and description undertaken and efficiently and satisfactorily executed by Lindgren and Swinerton with promptness:and dispatch, within and without the state of California, in recent years, represent an aggregate cost in excess of $50,000,000.00.
