Japan is another story, Japan
is much poorer in resources than
Germany, poorer in manpower.
poorer in industry and infinitely
poorer in military and naval science. But Japan is an opportunist.
She has conquered an enormous
territory while the’ rest of the
world was at war, and is now
working feverishly to make the
newly acquired riches useful in
war provisioning, first, and sercond for holding against all antagonists. But Japan’s strength as
against ‘that of the allies, once
they have brought, Germany to
terms, cannot: possibly prove sufficient. It take sometime,
several years perhaps, to defeat
Japan, but ja blockade alone can
do it when the war in the European theatre! ends.
