ARTICLE ITI The specific and tee eee for which this corporation is formed are: A. The specific and primary purposes are: 1. To establish a local health planning council for Nevada County, which may include representatives from those portions of Sierra and Yuba Counties served by Nevada County Health Facilities and Services, it being recognized by the incorporators hereof that Reali Heeaes iielen and health care providers in Nevada County serve portions of the population of said Counties, in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of Golden Empire Regional Comprehensive Health Council, Inc. and in accordance with pertinent State and Federal laws and regulations; . 2. To be recognized by governmental entities of Nevada County as the area's health planning agency; 3.
