CAB 1-66 - J.B. Boswell & A. Hanson vs. John Mather (1856) (30 pages)

J.B. Boswell and A Hanson brought suit against John Mather for a debt of $362.47 for goods sold from their general store. Mostly sugar, flour, lard, apples and nails. Mather appears to have stopped making payments on his account. He could not be located for his summons so the judge ordered the Sheriff to seize his remaining property to cover his debts.
