Gage not only honored our many local Veterans, but skillfully shared the history and origins of the park. We have included a transcript of his talk herein for the reading pleasure of those who were unable to attend. This will be also uploaded to our website. I’m eagerly looking forward to our resumption of Speaker Night in 2022 and meeting and greeting so many of our members that I’ve missed seeing in person since our last presentation in February 2020. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we can make this happen once again! Daniel R.
