THE Managers of this Colossal Establishment has, with very great care and expense inaugurated this
the Great Show of 1872, with the intention of traveling from the Pacific to the Atlantic Slope,
and to compete in friendly rivalry for the palm of superiority with any Circus they may meet.

LOCAL BREVITIES.—The Crystal Palace Circus will appear here this evening. See the special
notice.
The Nevada Light Guard will picnic next Thursday at Ismert’s grove. The company will drill,
eat, dance and shoot itself off at a target. Pleasant time the soldiers will have, for Lancaster
furnishes the lunchables.
The weather warmed up yesterday, sending the thermometer to hunting after the nineties.
