Other features of the Art Show include Art In Action with Mrs. Ralph Herman and Mrs. Thelda ~ Bartlem demonstrating the use of the potter's wheel, and a special section exhibiting the art work of Orland's school children, An entry blank will gladly be forwarded .to anyone upon request from Mrs. Donald Thomas, P.O. Box 815, Orland, Calif. 95963. * Food Sale A pre-Easter baked goods sale BOB PYWELL, timber management staff officer at Tahoe National Forest for the past four years, has been transferred to the regional office in San Francisco, according to Henry Branagh, TNF supervisor. Pywell has been succeeded by George Leonard, from the San Francisco office. BUSINESS BILLBOARD will be heldatS,P.D, and Dilley’s Markets in Nevada City Saturday, April 13 sponsored by the Parents’ Auxiliary of Boy Scout Troop 24. The sale will begin at 10 a.m. and will feature Easter confections that will be an aid to the busy housewife. Proceeds from the sale will go toward the purchase of much needed troop equipment. Each. of the Circles, of which the Woman's Society of Christian Service is composed, enters into friendly competition to present the most unusual and outstanding in decorations for its table. This insures the guests attending a unique and pleasurable experience.
