County of Nevada, within ten
(10) days after the service on you
of this summons if served within
said County, or within thirty (30)
days if served elsewhere.

that unless you appear and answer as above required, the said
Plaintiffs will take judgment for
any money or damages demandedin the complaint as arising
upon contract, or will apply-to
the Court for any other relief de‘manded in the complaint,

Nevada City antique dealer
Sven Skaar last week helped to
uncover the theft of more than
$50, 0-:9 in historical documents
-from the Capitol Museum,
Orrin Henry Rounds, 49, of
Yuba. City, an employee of the
State: Division of Highways, was
atrested by Sutter County sheriff's deputies Thursday after
Skaar alerted police that documents he purchased from Rounds
might have been stolen.
Rounds surrendered an assortment of letters, records and
pages from booksconcerning
Sacramento pioneer John Sutter.
According to agents of the state
Criminal Investigation and Identification Bureau who were called to Nevada City after Skaar's
alert, Rounds had been checking
boxes of historical artifacts and
books out of the museum since
March of 1965,
