MARY MITCHELL of Grass Valley, a member of the Nevada Union High FFA sold this 1095 pound prize winning steer at the recent 1974 Junior Grand National Livestock Exposition at the Cow Palace in San Francisco. Mr. Jack Cook, right, Cow Palace director, represented Gailen Martin of the Bank of America who made the purchase. Mary was also Queen of the 1974 Junior Grand National. Mt. St. Mary’s honor students Over fifty students at Mt. St. Mary’s made one of the school’s three Honor Rolls; The Scholastic Scholarship, The Honor Roll The Christian Citizenship Following are the names, grades one through eight.
