Datel. In explaining that the inflationary impact of the last 15 or 20 years has affected the value of vehicle time as well as meat prices, Datel said that future determinations of road user benefits will reflect an increase from three cents to five cents per minute for passenger cars and eight cents to 13 cents for commercial vehicles. Sometimes controversial in the past, especially during highway route adoption procedures, the road user benefit ratio is computed to compare one suggested route against another where varying lengths are concerned. Other factors in route adoption are considered as well, including the number’ of homes_ and businesses which may be disrupted by tdhe various routes being studied and particularly any adverse environmental impacts. petition from Lake County requesting the Air Resources Board to designate Lake County -an-Air Basin. : Notice is hereby given that the Air Resources Board, pursuant to the authority vested by Division 26, Part 1 of the Health and Safety Code, and particularly Section 39051 and 39052 thereof and to implement, interpret or make specific :Subdivision (a) of Section 39051 of the Health and Safety Code, will hold a public hearing at 1 p.m., May 3, 1973, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 255 Forbes’ Street, Lakeport, California, to consider. the creaton of Lake County Air Basin or the transfer of Lake County from the North Coast Air Basin to another air basin.
