Every such apprentice shall be paid the standard wage paid to apprentices under the regulations of the trade at which he is employed. Any classification omitted herein shall be paid not less than $3.925 per hour employer payments as outlined in collective bargaining agreements on file in the office of the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Statistics and Research. Overtime, Sundays and Holidays --not less than one and one-half (1s) times the basic hourly rate plus applicable employer payments. The holidays upon which such rates shall be paid shall be all holidays recognized in the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the particular craft, classification or type of workman employed on the project. The attention of bidders is particularly directed to the provisions of Section 7-1.01F, of the Standard Specifications, regarding the use of domestic materials, and to the provisions of Section 8-1.02 of the Standard Specifications regarding assignment of the contract. Plans and specifications, including forms of proposal, bonds and contract, but not including che California Division of Highways Standard Specifications, will be furnished to each qualified prospective bidder upon request to the office of the Director of Public Works, Courthouse, Nevada City, California.
