TAX RATE, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1965, IN
THE CITY OF NEVADA CITY.
The City Council of the City
of Nevada City does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. DETERMINATION
OF NECESSARY REVENUE, The
amount of revenue from property
taxes necessary to support the City
of Nevada City and its depart~
ments, and to pay the bonded or
other indebtedness of the City, for
the fiscal year ending June 30,
1965, is hereby fixed-as follows:

A statewide opinion poll of
drivers willsoon be conducted in
California through a cooperative
effort. of the California Traffic
Safety Foundation and the Highway Transportation Agency, it
was announced today by Robert
B. Bradford, agency administration.
The study, the first of its kind
in California, was made possible
by a special grant of funds from
Standard Oil Company of California --one of the founding member companies of the Foundation.
The survey will be conducted by
Field ResearchCorporation of San
Francisco, according to Earl F.
Campbell, Foundation executive
